I was wandering who all was planning on going...
I am looking forward to it and was also curious if one particular motel was better than
another..

I look forward to meeting you and the many others on this board who will be attending this year. Hotel rooms may be a bit of a problem. There is a major drag racing event nearby the same weekend, so many of the usually-available hotels are booked. The traditional haunt for many TCA folks is the Granville Inn, but I am pretty certain it is booked.
I suggest you look for vacancies in Granville, Newark and Heath. There are some motels at the one exit on I-70 (I can't remember the number) that may have vacancies. It is a bit of a drive to both Tracie's and the shoot (which is on the other side of Newark), but at least it would be a room.
First Sergeant,
You should have gotten your initial material in the Thompson Collector's News (page 11 of TCN #157). If you did not, contact Tracie immediately for a copy of the necessary paperwork. The deadline is May 30, so don't delay. The initial notice in TCN triggers more detailed paperwork from Tracie plus information on hotels, etc.
Good luck, gentlemen! See you at Tracie's...
Roger

You must be preregistered to attend. Contact Tracie now if you don't have the registration packet.

Sten,
Thanks for posting this. Not sure how I missed the form but I did. I owe you one and I think Mike has a good idea where to go to settle up. I hear it's within walking or staggering distance from The Granville.

We dilly-dallied a bit

It'll be my whole family again, so if anyone is considering that their Teens might be bored, have them e-mail mine (Jess - 17 and Sam - 15) and they can tell your kids how much fun they had last year!!

I haven't done the display thing at Tracies as last year was our first, but I've got a bunch of really neat, fun Thompson stuff to display.....I guarantee you will all enjoy checking it out!!
We can't wait...hope to meet several more members this year (and see several from last year also!!)

Basically planning on it and hope my plans all work out.
Its about the same time I may be moving and selling a house...yada yada yada.
Anyway, it would be nice to have name tags with our handles on so others know who we are and who to stay away from.

It'll be his first time there, my ninth, I believe. Always a pleasure to see everyone there.
I got a room at the Super 8 in Heath, again.
