Guys-- In the advent of my passing, does my executor take temporary possession of my MGs without any transfer papers? Other than getting the transfers started for the heirs, is there any other form he needs to file? Thanks!
Sarge, The executor only takes possession temporarily until all the paperwork is approved by ATF. I got my WH28, MP44 and MP40 thru estates. Hope this helps.

Tman-- Thanks for that helpful info! I'm guessing that the executor should at least keep the ATF posted of the temporary location, while getting the transfers started to the heirs, correct?
