I've watch the movie Kelly's heroes. Wondering what type of sling did Telly Salavas"Sgt Big Joe use. Clint eastwood is using the kerr sling.

Kelly's Heroes was filmed in Yugoslavia and some of the irregularities with their weapons evidently came from there. The BAR is an FN D model and the sniper uses a 91/30 mosin nagant. I had some of those slings years ago when I bought an assortment from Sarco. I thought they were lebel slings but never could figure them out.
