am familiar with the russian mosin nagant tool/screwdrivers that are being reimported with thompson parts and canvas and cleaning rods. I had not seen this kind of screwdriver associated with a thompson. Is this for real or is it russian as well?

It's also Russian. I've received a number of this type as well as the type pictured in the other post with my Nagants.
