Pretty good answer. My tommy is imported from Czech Rebuplic. I thing too, that it might be somekind of police organisation mark. My tommy include this G.E.G mark too, but it is stambed to "normal place".

I have seen marks similar to this on some of the receiver stubs on the 1928 kits purchased from IMA in the U.S. These kinds of marks were discussed some time ago on this board and nobody had anything but guesses about the mark or its source.

Your guess is as good as anyone else's.

I thing, that studying different marks and stamps from book and another sources is charm of gun collecting.
