Is it legal to buy this from Swedan and have it shipped to the US ? Maybe a stupid question, but better safe than sorry. Or even better does anyone know where to get one already in the US.

Thanks gunrunner

Take a 1911 cleaning rod and grind it down to fit in the hole. Works perfect and will only cost about $2 to buy and make.

FWIW, it would have been legal to import without a Form 6.

Maybe Tman can help out here... but I thought getting accessories from other countries is OK. Parts and whole guns are the No-No.

Phil - is this what you were saying as well?

giantpanda4, exactly right. If it's not part of the gun and not otherwise named (i.e., tripod), it's not an implement of war and can be imported without paperwork.
