Does this appear to be an original ? I've owned it about 15 yrs . It looks right based on other web gear I have .
So many things are being copied anymore .

Are they fairly common ? Thanks

I've been told it's a WW2 Marine Corp item...I'm not sure of it's collector's value, but here are some relative values of others...

eBay ammo pouches

And Sportsman's Guide has a repo for 20 bucks...

Looks like the originals in my collection. I haven' t been able to find any photo evidence that the pouches were used in combat, though.

Pretty sure it's 1942 .
I'm at work now , but I think it's in the low 80,000 range . Matching numbers . RIA marked . Twice . I bought it about 1990 or so .
