Full Auto Ranges In Eastern Pa

Recommended Posts

That's a big no. Sorry. The only way to do it, it seems, is to know someone and shoot on their land.

There was a range (which shall remain nameless) in Eastern PA where outdoor CIII, including heavy calibers, could be shot anytime. They had a nice setup and a huge berm (not shooting into a mountain like the Creek, but BIG), but they were open-membership and anyone from anywhere could join. Unfortunately too many CIII guys were stupid too many times and the range closed. Then most of its members spilled over onto other, smaller, CIII-friendly places -- more than they could, or wanted to, handle -- and they toppled like dominoes, either just shutting out CIII or closing completely.

Now nobody will allow CIII as they know that when word gets out everyone's going to head over there and owners simply don't want to put up with it.

In other words, it's a sad state of affairs East of the Susquehanna, in the Commonwealth.

Railroader,

Used to shoot here, not sure if they are still open or allow CIII. Part of the old Ceaser's resort.

Railroader, there is an indoor range in Southhampton PA that allows FA. It is Classic Pistol and I believe they have a website. Do a Google search. It's about 10 minutes off of the PA Turnpike from either the Rt 611 or Rt 1 exits. Kind of pricey but it works.

Thanks for the information.

Carbine1, that range has been closed down recently. I understand they were just leasing the property from the resort, and the new owner

(gambling coming) shut them down.
