Just got a letter today saying dums will not be available till 4/14/06. You must call or email them to keep the order active.
I think it is very doubtful these are ever shipped.

There's always hope. I'm not cancelling my order just yet.

Each time they tell you this there will be less and less people on the list until eventually no one will be on the list.

It doesn't cost a thing to be on the list

You don't have to join the Buyer's Club! I will gladly pay the extra 40 bucks if they happen to come in.

You mean they just made Buyers Club membership free? |
Yeah what he said, I don't have a membership to any club.....

Maybe a new poll is in order:
Who ordered drum(s)?
How many drums did you attempt to buy from them?
How many joined the Club to save the $40 per drum? or Buy 9 and get one free !
How many have cancelled their order?
How many forgot to email them back?
How many have given up all hope?
How many would like to order some but geographically can't?
I hope they come in, I've had a couple friends add me to their list so now I can play too !!

I ordered 1, then 2 and keep the re-new going. I won't join the buyers club, until maybe they do come through.

When I first ordered the drums, I had no idea that I joined a buyers club, until I saw the withdrawals to my credit card. I guess I wasn't paying attention and automatically clicked their box. As the saying goes, "Play with snakes..."

When the Kahr C drums come out in April I'll cancel my SG L drum order and buy the Kahr C drum.

ploughboy, considering the past performance of anything "Kahr" related, you are a trusting soul, don't you think you should at least wait untill you see the price on these new C drums before you jump in? Since I already have a working C drum, I will not bother with these new ones unless they really work and are cheap! As for the sportsmans guide drums I think they will eventually come through at some point, but since I have quite a few WWII drums already, I won't sweat it if they never materialize.

Mike Hammer,
I was being sarcastic. I'm seriously guessing that seeing the Kahr C drum in April is even less likely than seeing SG L drums in April though April is the stated timing for both.
