It's Finally Completed!

Well fellas, Thompson M1A1 project has finally reached fruition! It all started back on November 1, 2005, when I picked up the phone and ordered my Tommy from Sarco, and it ended yesterday on March 19, 2006, when I put the finishing touches of cold blueing on the small scuff marks along the barrel. 5 months later, with a little help from my friends (and the ATF ), I have now realized one of my goals in WW2 reenacting: having my own SBR Thompson. Here’s a few pics of my new baby…
I wanna take this opportunity to thank all you fellas who gave me advice, tips, loaned tools, spent time with me on the phone, etc…it would have been a lot lonelier (and no doubt costlier) path to take trying to do it by myself. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! Thanks a million!
