I got a friend who bought one of these back in the early 80s from Springfield Sporters or Springfield Armory he cant remember. This one has a working bolt and thats about it. The reciever has been welded up otherwise. He is askin 400 to me for it. I was wondering what it would be worth on the open market.

That sounds like a really good deal. I paid $350 for mine from IMA about 5 years ago with no working bolt. Solid dummy receiver with all else being original parts. I'd snap that one up. May be worth up to $600-700 on Evilbay, who knows? If you get it, post pics!

Considering that a parts kit just sold for over 1K on ebaY™....... I just paid over seven bills on auction arms....... If you don't want it pass it on... §;-) btw I see a lot of anti ebaY™ vibes here... Just so everyone knows up front, I'm an ebaY™ slut... Been selling since 1998.... Great way to clean your house and make some $$$........
