I just ordered a copy a couple weeks ago from Lone Mountain Outfitters in Las Vegas, Nevada.
It was 29.95 plus shipping.

Their number is 702-564-0948

It's a great book,

Hey sarge, I had a good thing happen yesterday at a show in PA. I walked up to talk to Dennis Todd and found I was standing next to our board host himself, Frank Iannamico. I too had been looking for the book so what else could I do. I got the book and Frank's "fullauto" graph in one shot. Bottom line, If you want I will get you one from Dennis and ship it to you.
