He tried to scam me on an MG34 ammo can. He says he doesn't have it bit his friend is "honest" and has one for sale same email. Just smelled fishy to me.
I had a chance to trade into an MAT49 plus cash for one of my MP40s. Had to take a very hard pass on that one too. Just looks like an even uglier MAC to be honest. Also passed on a Lanchester. Just snagged a Beretta 38/42 which is much cooler than both these guns put together I think.
Had a chance to buy one at 7.5k and took a hard pass. Mostly a wall hanger door stop I would say. The one I saw was also converted to 380 but also took original French Long. I would say NO MORE than 5k if you REALLY want it. I'd rather buy a Sten to be honest.
Hello, I'm waiting on my paperwork for a C&R Sten MKII. I was just wondering if I posted my serial number could someone maybe tell me about when my gun was produced? It is a real Amnesty Gun with original paperwork.
These are getting harder to find than hen's teeth. Everybody wants to buy but nobody wants to sell. You might have to compromise. Morphys.com has an auction next week with a few available. You might have to bite the bullet and pay the price if you want one.
I have a 122 40 gun with a letter "a" suffix and it is also marked in 14 places. Some parts like the firing pin only marked with last two numbers of serial number.
What Museum is this Tommy Gun in? The Lake and Porter County Sheriffs Office each have one Thompson used by Dillinger. They brought them out for the 75th Anniversary of his death or maybe it was capture.
Hello, I have the chance to maybe pick up a pair of beltfed MGs. One MG42 and one MG34. They are both marked "MD ORD McHenry Ill." The owner says they both run great and the welds look nice on both guns. So my question is what are rewelds worth? 10% 20% 50% less than a C&R gun? Any help would be appreciated.
