Thought I’d share a picture of my project. I just finally got finished up. Got a few things to clean up in the front grip mount.

Selling an Ingram M6 in really good original condition price reduced $1000 now 13.5K down from $14,500.

FOR SALE Ingram M6 SMG with 4 mags, 2 magazines and 2 of them are New old stock. The M6 is super clean and with all machine gun prices going up, it is well worth the money..

Asking $14.5K or best offer. This is not the one I bought a few years ago on an auction site. This one is in much better condition. One of these sold on an auction site recently for over $18000. One is on gun broker for $18500. This is lowest I will take on it.

Well there you go. Ampex Gun Parts has officially sold out of all the M6 30 round mags they had. I suspect that when you find them again somewhere else, the price will be higher.

Your opinion please.. With SMG prices going up and even Mac 10s and 11s at higher prices don't you think a original M6 in super good condition should also now be worth more money than 3 or so years ago?

I see some pretty funky M6's on GB listed high in price and I feel that a really good original M6 should also be more valuable than it was a few years ago like everything else. The one I bought at a Auction house for over $8000 a few years ago, has some chips in the front grip and it is a nice one, but it is not perfect. I just recently had a heart attack and am thinking about selling it off and another M6 that is one of the nicest original ones I have ever seem, but I don't want going to undersell these nice MG's because I really think they are rare and fantastic and very limited. Jesus UZI's, Ruger's, Mac 10s and 11s have all gone up. Any just thinking out loud. The M6 has been an unvalued SMG but the general public does not know much about it because it seems that the mass produced stuff has been more commercially promoted in the media. M6's in my opinion are worth more than most people think they are. Why not give it the respect raise the bar on them. Excuse any type's and thanks. Uzi's are up now to 18000 and over into the 20,000s. What's that all about???

The M6 was an interesting, innovative design but what about that asking price?

I bid on one a back in Dec '20 at IIRC Poulin's (Tom Silver won the auction) and IIRC it sold for roughly half that amount. I know prices have gone up in the last two years but double? If this price isn't an outlier than those of you who have M6s are sitting on a gold mine. Enjoy

Hello!

I'm trying to help my Grandmother sell these two amazing pieces. My long deceased Grandfather picked them up from a gun show in Albany, Oregon in the mid 90's.

I came upon this forum and it seemed like my best bet.

Obviously it would be nice to sell as package, however its far from a requirement. Would probably be best to spread the love, anyhow.

M6 barrel project progress

Thought I would share some pictures of a project I started. The top one is a barrel bushing that accepts Thompson barrels.

The bottom one is a barrel bushing that accepts modified Sten barrels for a 9 mm conversion.

Seems impossible to find parts for these guns especially barrels.
