because what you posted is incorrect. That was but one of the versions of HB1. That bill went to the senate, who had to modify it to make it acceptable for a 51 vote budgetary approval (see democrat party senate parlimentarian). That senate approved version then went back to the house and was passed on 7/3 by the house and signed 7/4 (by the guy you refer to as a dictator) which is the enactment date. Now.....take a deep breath and ponder a democrat house and senate majority, and Kamala Harris as a figurehead president. What do you think would be in HB 1 in that circumstance this week? How much time and money will you expend to make sure that in 2028 all of this is not reversed and perhaps the tax raised to $2000?

This is the text of the final senate bill passed by the house. SEC. 70436. REDUCTION OF TRANSFER AND MANUFACTURING TAXES FOR CERTAIN DEVICES. (a) Transfer Tax.--Section 5811(a) is amended to read as follows: ``(a) Rate.--There shall be levied, collected, and paid on firearms transferred a tax at the rate of-- ``(1) $200 for each firearm transferred in the case of a machinegun or a destructive device, and ``(2) $0 for any firearm transferred which is not described in paragraph (1).''. (b) Making Tax.--Section 5821(a) is amended to read as follows: ``(a) Rate.--There shall be levied, collected, and paid upon the making of a firearm a tax at the rate of-- ``(1) $200 for each firearm made in the case of a machinegun or a destructive device, and ``(2) $0 for any firearm made which is not described in paragraph (1).''. (c) Conforming Amendment.--Section 4182(a) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``For purposes of the preceding sentence, any firearm described in section 5811(a)(2) shall be deemed to be a firearm on which the tax provided by section 5811 has been paid.'' (d) Effective Date.--The amendments made by this section shall apply to calendar quarters beginning more than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act. The bill was enacted 7/4 and takes effect "calendar quarters more than 90 days after enactment", so it could be two quarters away since 7/4 is into the quarter already. As a result, NO idiot in their right mind will buy anything for at least 90 days, giving everyone a chance to catch up. After that, suppressor prices will drop like a rock. The only things still taxed are MG's and DD's. Everything still follows the NFA process. With what social security recipients and working people just got in tax breaks, everyone will get at least a free can every year and then some. The NRA has lost another battle.

Genuine MG 34 Patronentrommel double drum

I spent a month playing whack a mole with him, but yes, he's back and has changed user names several times on several sites. The stuff pictured is reproduction. Maybe you even get it? If you don't he's up in Canada and difficult to pin down even though he's been reported to RCMP up there and FBI cyber here. -

I just sold one a few months ago for 21k. Buy a few books (including TD's), go to the show, and in a weekend you could gain 10K+ in knowledge value easily.
