WTS Thompson Mags and Pouch $275
renovate7 replied to renovate7's topic in Thompson Submachine Gun Message Board
AOK. And sorry if I wasn't supposed to post this here vs. Sturm. I've gained so much from this site I thought I'd post it here first. -
Long time reader and poster here. Don't think I'll have another Thompson so it's time for these to go to a new home. 5 mag pouch and 5 unissued 20 round mags. Came from IMA in 2005 when they had all the Russian stuff. Three Seymor and two AO. Also 2 additional 20 rd. AO mags with wear and three 30 rd. mags, all three Seymor. One looks to have been painted with flat black paint. Price is $275 delivered. Personal check, cashier's check or USPS MO OK. Sorry no electronic payments.

I have 3 thirty round repro mags for sale. I can't remember when I bought them but it was a while ago. I used 2 of them when I had Reisings and had zero trouble with them. One is still new in the wrap. Price is $265 delivered. Email me directly at hmd7(at)msn.com if you have an interest

Flame Thrower
renovate7 replied to deerslayer's topic in Military Flamethrower, Rocket Launcher, and Other Weapon Forum
These are readily available. Google XM18 flame thrower. You do need to get the napalm mix for longer flame. -
I never pass up an opportunity to SLAM Vaughn from Autoweapons! He is getting what he deserves. Sold me a Type 96 in 2006 that was advertised as in new condition. It was FAR from it. A very reputable senior member of our community and I talked on the phone and he pointed out many guns that he had for sale at that time that were grossly misrepresented. If you see the word "choice" in an ad, run!

WTB Vintage “L” Drum

Vaughn ripped me off in 2006 on the condition of a gun. I am more than happy to bring that up when he is mentioned. He is in PRISON for other shady, and obviously ILLEGAL dealings. -

OOW 1918A3 sells for crazy price ...
renovate7 replied to Oldtrooper's topic in Browning Message Board (Semi Only)
I took mine to the 200 yd range at the Talladega Marksmanship Park and did vey well, surprisingly well! All shots in the black. Probably the only one that had ever been shot there, drew a small croud. -
What happens to my Dealer Samples when I die?
renovate7 replied to brucea4's topic in Class III Forum
Why don't you sell them before you die? Why stick someone with an arduous task when it's not necessary. -
I know the current owners and have been in that shop. Thanks for the history!

Introduction and Advice on First TSMG Purchase
renovate7 replied to Conrad's topic in Thompson Submachine Gun Message Board
Well as a total aside, Rueben shows 160 mg's for sale! A LOT of uzi's, m16's, reisings. Is he liquidating someone else's guns? That's a lot of inventory! -
I just ordered two of these and don't even own one. Have had one in the past, and may yet again.

Unless keystone has improved them the tab or finger that pushes the bullet down is too far forward, forward of the feed lips. I cut the downward pointing part off and put a small bolt thru the remaining piece further back, behind the feed lips. It works well and really saves your fingers.
