So removing the follower and spring would not demil it? By expoxy, do you mean fill the mag body with epoxy?

Can anyone tell me if it is legal to ship a Thompson parts set, with an aluminum receiver to New York State? It also has a demilled 20 rnd mag.(no follower or spring). Any info greatly appreciated. Railroader

Three 50 rnd drums, two Auto Ord, and one Cosby repro. One 100 rnd Auto Ord drum. Ten 30 rnd stick mags with new wolf springs. Five 20 mags with USGI mag pouch. Also for sale is one complete 28 parts set and part of another used to make a 1928 display Thompson (wall hanger). I agree that 35,000 is a little much, but what would the members of this board think a fair asking price would be for a West Hurley in nice condition, GI internals, Lymann sight, Dan Block stock set, one 100 rnd Kahr drum (needs a tweak), 3 Kahr 50 rounders (which run great), 10 30 rnd stick mags, and a complete 28 parts kit, with additional spare parts from another parts kit, and a Bob Necessary FBI case.

He had two 28's. Priced for 16,900 and 16,000

So, do I have this right? Someone just paid 2500.00 for a parts kit?

Recently picked up FBI case, but the brass Thompson cleaning rod I have, is too short to be held by the leather straps. What should the correct length be, or am I just missing an attachment? Thanks Railroader
