  1. Just curious of the price these go for. If anybody can help that would be great. I know condition is a factor on anything but from the pics what is a good price rang for one like this. Wish I had taken pic of other side. The inside was in very good shape, nice original blue. Seller's price was $1,500.00 That seemed on high side! But that's why I'm asking. I did buy a New old stock Second-Generation "Corrected Patent Date" MSCO "XX" BOX Magazine that was still in it's "sleeve" box. Seller also had a Auto-Ordnance US property M1A1 for sale. And said he had many more at home that he was going to sell.
  2. Well this is kinda funny to say now, I had a carry on flying out of Phoenix with two "L" drums and a colt M16 bolt in my carry on, and I went right through. The bag was heavy as hell. I was thinking that I would get questioned going through x-ray, but nope just walked right through. Of course nothing I had was a threat, but after that story who knows.
  3. Found this WW2 L Drum. Oh yeah, they also sold beer at the show, never seen that at a gun show before.
  4. A few pics from the show. the pic with sold tag on table with mini gun/ the price was $80,000.00 weather it actually sold for that price i have no idea.
  5. If someone knows how to put link strait to it, this is a youtube video of the Colt serial #416 being shot. Copy and paste to youtube to watch it. also an HK SG3 being shot first. If does not work I apologize. HK SG3 & Tommy Gun - TGC Full Auto Teaser
  6. I was a bit late with answer, was watching video. LOL
  7. Looking back it was 4 years ago at least when I took the pictures.
  8. You know, I wish I could go back to that day. I did not own a Thompson sub machine gun at that time. I had a Kahr M1SB Thompson and owned other machine guns. So did not check out the barrel on the tie strap closely. The owner at that time did not seem to be in a very good mood for what ever reason. So we didn't have much conversation. Knowing what I know now would love to see it again.
  9. This picture, on the back of the table is a Colt 1927. The page that went with it.
  10. Hello, I wanted to post some pictures I took at a the gun show in Chantilly, VA about 3 years ago. Serial # 416. I took the pictures while looking for some other stuff, so they were taken in a hurry. Thought the story was interesting. I have (2) pics of the first page because of the glare on them kept some of the words from being seen. Sorry not better pictures, or more pictures! If this Thompson story has been posted here before, sorry.
  11. Devious6, Here's my M1SBR Bought new from Kahr A/O in 2010 Great rifle. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have.
  12. Don Bell (Omega Weapons Systems) 520-889-8895 I just received a Taiwanese "L'' Drum from him. Took it out of the box and loaded it up sled it in my Thompson and pulled the trigger and (mag dump) it zipped through it like a sewing machine. Loaded it a second time and pulled off 2, 3, 10rd burst till emptying the mag and no problems at all. This is the second one I have gotten from him, the first one I bought from him was in December at the SAR show in Phoenix AZ. I only bought 1 from him them because didn't know if they would work. Got home and tried it and it has run perfect ever since. So ordered the 2nd one. He told me at the show that he went to the factory in Taiwan and they took him out back of the plant and test fired one right off the assembly line and it shot perfect. He backed it 100%. Just give him a call and buy it over the phone that's how he likes to do business. I sent him a check and he shipped the drum. I think it was $185.00+shipping but don't quote me on that. But it was under $200.00 after everything. STAMPCOLLECTOR

  16. Hello, I'm a Long time follower of this forum, new member of it now! The thought of someone making M50 and M55 stocks really got me excited! The reising stocks I have are originals (old and dry) and would love to preserve them! I would buy 2 new M50 stocks, and 1 M55 stock. Would love to shoot one of mine in a 55 stock. I will follow this thread closely. Oh yeah! Hello everyone! I really have learned a lot here! thanks Stampcollector
