I bought 2 repops some years ago from Richard's site, and use one of the two all the time without much issues. I don't have a Cutts, so my TSMG fits. Yea, the flap snaps are minus ok (-) but no one knows it but me anyway. I suspect these are paki made some time ago, but well made as they are as I use them. If you buy it, I would use the repop.

I know I had a great time, with many thanks to the the Hill Family, especially Donna and her troops for all the unseen preparations and food. It is always great to see familiar faces, yes even Tom Davis, meet new faces and all those who have helped me spend MORE and MORE.... really great show, many thanks Tom

I have had him convert my 28 catches to the 21 style as well as rockers and safety levers. He is slow and took some emails and phone calls, but i am happy with his work. If you are in a hurry, he is busy, so it gets into the scheme of things there. I just saw the note on his injury. Nice guy I hope he can recover. He was responsive to me when I called, that said this has been a while back also. Tom

Tennessee, he has modified/made 21 parts for me and is and can be slow, was for me both times. I did have to ping him as a reminder and he did follow through. Good work and price was fair. I would use again hoping he would go just a bit faster.

FWIW i had a nos USGI mag catch I had laying around got it filled in and recut to match the 21 style and a set of levers redone to the 21 style also. Yes they were reblued, but unless you get really close, you can't tell the mag catch is a repop.

This was my 1st TATA event and I must say that ALL of the Hill family are absolutely the most gracious hosts to upend their lives and spend an enormous amount of time to accommodate a group for a Thompson show. Throw a major afternoon storm on top of the final day, add a great dinner during that storm that the Hills moved us inside, completely disrupting their home for us to eat inside is way beyond a major THANK YOU!!! to make this a great event for the 100th 1921 Thompson Anniversary. Now to the rest of you all a big thank you for making a 1st TATA show Westie newbie feel like an regular and all for the help I received. I look forward to remembering this 30th show until next time. Please accept my sincerest gratitude.

Sandman does a good simple stand for a single xx or xxx mag stand, I have those. My other was made by a friend from solid cherry, IMHO different stands are a great item to have. not sure why pic is sideways, sorry about that.
