2nd Annual Gun And Parts Sale!
Frank I. replied to Frank I.'s topic in Thompson Submachine Gun Message Board
Check updated prices on some stuff... -
I took a class one time called "Handling Conflict" The main point is that people who bother other people, do it because it gets them the reaction they are looking for. Usually anger and conflict...in other words to piss you off. So in cases like this just resond with. "Thank you for your concern, I will shut my site down immediatly and look for a new hobby-business etc."

If you mail it to the DC address, yes it will be forwarded, BUT it took over 3 months to get mine back. I would send another to WVA if you need it soon. -
Wva Batf Address For 5320.20 Forms?
Frank I. posted a topic in Thompson Submachine Gun Message Board
I have searched the BATF site and cannot find the WVA address to send the 5320.20 temporary transport of NFA firearms forms. It is no longer DC, as I found out last year, but the latest forms still list a DC address. Does anyone know the correct WVA address to send the forms to? -
That book was published by Scott Duff and is available from his website. I read the proof copy for Scott, and it is a very good book that is hard to put down. http://www.scott-duff.com/

That is an early serial number for an M1A1... has the A1 suffix been added? Turn the gun upsidedown and look behind the front grip mount. Is it marked with the letters AOC or S?

St. Doggytine Day Masacre!
Frank I. replied to Nick Iannamico's topic in Thompson Submachine Gun Message Board
Nick, take out Fern and put PHIL in the picture -
Mike, Please note that Fern has her own street! Yes I think she is taking the bus to go shack-up with Nick.
-
Nick left out of his post that when he stayed at my house to watch Fern, he slept with her, at which time I was at the TATA getting cursed. And I mentioned earlier that my 1928 TSMG wouldn't work...a broken extractor! So after I fired 2347...lets review My M3A1 broke an extractor; I broke Mike's M2 carbine; My M16A1's gas tube plugged and my 1928 broke an extractor...I have owned these guns for a long time and NEVER had a problem. The next two days I was sick and my car broke down. Then my truck wouldn't start. No kiddin' Curse? You decide, I am laying low. http://mywebpages.comcast.net/niannamico/drive.jpg
-
Mike, yes! I forgot that...I attempted to fire Mike's M2 carbine after firing TSMG 2347 and it broke! I'm not sure exactly what happened but the bolt came apart.
-
Chuck, Read my post again...there was more that I forgot about... "Dead man walking"
-
I spoke with Dan last week, he doesn't have ANY Thompson parts left.
-
Coincidence or curse... Since firing infamous TSMG 2347...? My M3A1 broke an extractor at the shoot The next day when I woke up I was sick as a dog...in 23 years I have missed ONE day of work due to illness. By the time I hit PA 3 hours later I felt better. After I came home, I took Nick and his friends shooting... My 1928A1 wouldn't work An L drum jammed MY Colt M16A1 stopped firing (plugged gas tube) My car wouldn't start, I had to leave it at the range, and then towed, major electrical problem, they haven't found the cause yet. Next day my truck wouldn't start...moisture in the dist cap after a hard rain we had. Monday Morning sick again...same symtoms: BAD headache, nausea Tracie called me Monday... I stayed in the wrong hotel, my reservations were at the Marriot Inn NOT the Granville Inn...$138.00 no-show fee. In Monday's mail I got a letter to report for jury duty. No kiddin'

Unfired, Original H&r M14 Rifle For Sale
Frank I. replied to Frank I.'s topic in Thompson Submachine Gun Message Board
It is just the picture, the rifle is a standard issue M14. The oprod is standard, I THINK the barrel date is 1960. I hate to retract the oprod to look it because there is no finish wear on it or the bolt, and I don't want to start any. -
FYI, I have decided to offer my original uncut, unfired M14 for sale. Original transferable GI M14 rifles are far less common than a Colt Thompson I have placed an ad on subguns.com as follows For the discriminating collector; an uncut, absolutely mint, unfired and fully transferable H&R M14 rifle. This rifle was one of those that came from the Harrington and Richardson bankruptcy sale back in 1986, and were first offered by R.J. Perry and Associates later that year. Photographs of this rifle have appeared in SAR Magazine (June 2005,Volume 8 number 9), and the books Steel Warrior and USA Submachine Guns. If you have been looking for an original uncut U.S. GI M14 rifle you already know how rare they are. There are only an estimated 50 or so out there. Most M14 rifles on the market today were assembled from demilled receivers that were welded back together. This rifle still has the factory installed selector lock on it. The black walnut wood is a beautiful tiger-stripe pattern with a DOD stamp. The original Parkerized finish is 99.99%, this rifle could not be upgraded. This rifle is from my personal collection, as retirement looms I am starting to thin out the safe queens. Expensive? Yes. The asking price of this piece is $35,000.00 shipped. Since I will have more free time in the coming year I am looking for guns I can shoot and would consider a like-new full stock 7.62x39 AK or Krinkov conversion as a partial trade. If you are seriously interested email me for terms and details: F.Iannamico@comcast.net http://mywebpages.comcast.net/niannamico/HRM14.jpg
