Dear forum colleagues, Like many here, I am a collector and enthusiast of Colt Thompson magunificas! I've been thinking for a few days now.... What should be the whereabouts of the Thompson with serial number #1986. Is it in a museum? Is it from a collector? Or was it lost? This serial number has nothing special, other than being the year of my birth. But that led me to search... It was then that I looked at the book Colt Thompson Serial Numbers, by Mr Gordun Herigstag. I was able to find out that Thompson #1986 was originally shipped to Mexico. However, after being DESTROYED, its pieces would have returned to the USA in the "World Shooters" of Phoenix, Arizona. I was extremely disappointed to hear that it had been destroyed! And at the same time I was very happy to know that its parts would be in the USA. I ask you, my forum colleagues... Do you know the whereabouts of this piece? Is the owner of this piece here on our forum? It would be really cool to be able to see some photos of these weapons. Knowing how she was destroyed... Seeing how she is today. Thank you very much for everyone's attention

Looking for a PKM ejection port pin and,or does anyone know the diameter? I can locate the cover and spring. If any of you guys have these parts or know of anyone who does. Thank you in advance. Also, the charging handle sticks when locked forward. We cannot get it to charge the bolt and carrier to the rear. We can move the bolt/carrier from the top with the top cover open. Any suggestions? David

I have a box of Thompson parts and have had a bunch of trouble with the ID on, who made them, and what they are worth. Hate to sell off my dads old parts but its tough times and I'm not to opening the safe just yet! Knowing him he had them from before there where repros, so I have no idea. One barrel is clearly demilled and the other looks new unused along with a comp. Any help would be huge, other then shooting them I just don't know enough about them to even pretend to have an idea. Thanks!

We found this in the attic of an old rental home. Yes of course we looked for the rest of it but no such luck. After years of searching for its identity we were finally filled in at a local gun show. I am not intrested in trying to assemble and source the NFA parts of this gun and I'm hoping it will generate interest here so we can help preserve a historic firearm.

Hey everyone, I am looking for one or two of the tapered magazine guide pins for the M50. It looks like there were a few retailers that had them in inventory, but are currently out of stock. Can't seem to find them listed anywhere else. Does anyone have any advice on where to look/how to find them? Thanks! -David

David has given me permission to sell my leftovers from the '27A1 remodel. I ended up buying stuff and then finding other stuff I liked better so I ended up with some duplicate and extra stuff. The following will include shipping in the price. I will try to have pics of all included in the next couple of days. I can be reached by PM here or my email is: ss327@comcast.net I will take paypal, money orders and personal checks (item send when funds clear) I just wanted to give the members here a crack at parts before I list them somewhere else. I think these prices are ok but if someone more knowledgeable thinks something is too high please let me know. I don't want to be "that guy"...
