There is currently a BM69 made by ARMCO on gunbroker . This is a varient that is a new one to me . I did a search and found out that ARMCO was a primarily a importer of Chinese SKS's and and AK47's but also had a retail shop .The company was owned by Stephen Holmquist and was located in Boylston, Mass.

Anyone see or hear of this version of BM59 before ?

Looks alot like some of the Golden State clones .

I had not heard of an Armco BM69 prior to this. It certainly looks like a Golden State rifle with modified M1 receiver, winter safety and Garand gas cylinder. Did you notice the other BM69 recently on Gunbroker? It's a Benet imported rifle with serial number 1273. Buy it now price is only $3500.

Both rifles are interesting but for very different reasons.

Yes I did see that one as well .That one was kinda hard for me to make out if the buttpad was red rubber or if it was just dark and dirty from discoloration or if it had been replaced .

The $3500 price tag is enough to keep me away , I know that they are a more rare variant, and they do not often come up forsale, but seems high to me .
