JDHINWP
Hello, I just recently ordered and received a very good used BM 59 sling from Numrich for 14.05 plus shipping. It was kahki colored had the six rivets and open weave material as compared to a Garand sling. In their ad they are described as fair to good, but mine would rate very good. The item numbers are kahki 1086770 and o.d. 1086780. Also, does anyone know what a reasonable price for an original BM 59 folding stock might be? Thanks in advance, Doug
bm59collector
Doug - I would submit a educated answer of about $400 to $500 for a original used Beretta folding stock with the plastic handgrip complete with the grip end cap. You need to know the difference on the folding stocks, originals will have the plastic grip with the 2 folding legs. Reese substituted a wood grip when the plastic grips ran out, then they came up with their own design of the one leg folder. I would look on GB, Andy in Italy offers them for sale from time to time, he's good but it can take from 4 to 6 weeks before you get it. Thanks for the info on Numrich and the slings. Thanks in advance, Doug As low a possible on the stock , but $450-500 for a original with the plastic grip and the lower brace. The Reese Repro stocks go for $200-300. Congrats on the sling !
