BM14

While not a BM59,nor an M1A or a garand this one is kind of a in between .This is built on a converted M1 Garand receiverwith all BM59 parts except it does not have a bolt stop. Barrel was cut down to 17"

Mike, nice rifle. Seems a whole bunch of BM59 clones are being done,,,,,most probably thanks to Tim Shufflin for doing the receiver/mag conversion. Here's one that was just posted on the battle tested site....

Yes, I had mentioned to Troy that I had a similar rifle to what he was having built .

Both gas cylinders look like yours. Shuff built mine also,the quality of his builds are in my opinion,better than the competition.I have had 2 builds done by both,and in my opinion his are far away better done,especially in the front mag catch area and the bolt stop.
