John C
You know the photo #274 on page 215 of The Guns of Dagenham which shows a front handgrip on an Indian SAF carbine? Well, I had John Andrewski make a prototype for me. The pix at the links below show the grip installed on my L2 and the parts needed to make it work. I supplied the plastic grip (from my parts kit and I bought a new replacement from PS Arms); Andrewski made the adaptor that fits inside the casing and the rectangular block. He also supplied the hex screw. Positives: this is an interesting one-off part and also makes it easier to hold the muzzle on target. It is not a permanent accessory. Negatives: you have to remove the barrel and ejector to install the adaptor, the folder doesn't fold forward, and you need to be very patient feeding the adaptor into the casing and then find something to keep holding it in place while you balance the handgrip and block and the screw on an Allen key and catch a thread. I paid for development of this first one and John Andrewski is not pushing them. I have no idea what he will charge you (adaptor, block and screw) and I will not get anything from Andrewski.
