dalbert
colorado1919, Thanks for posting. I think the M60 is a weapon ripe for someone to write a good book about. It's had a long history, and there are plenty of veterans around who can provide accounts of its development and use. Does anyone know if the M60 is a book project for anyone? I know there's one of the 80-page Osprey weapon series books coming out on the M60, but those books have very limited information, and are pretty formulaic, in my opinion. We'll see when it comes out... I'm not interested in writing a book on the M60, but I'm wondering if anyone is. I'd certainly be able to contribute many examples of manuals to such an effort. colorado1919
I like the M60 but I'm not a writer. Yes it would be nice to have a book on the M60 doesn't the navy still have a few around?
