TSMGguy
Are the Spanish 9mm Largo rounds pictured below tracers? Looks like the box has the word "pirotecnia" on it. Loosely translated, this means "fireworks". Ball ammo is usually marked with the word "comun" if it's marked at all.
emmagee1917
Are the headstamps S or PS ? That would stand for the maker , Pirotecnia Militar de Sevilla . Spanish marking for tracer is usually " trazante " and stamped in orange. Still , you do have a red band on the box , and markings can and do change over time . No color on the tips would cause me to think ball , though.Chris
dalbert
I'm fairly certain they are tracer. David Albertdalbert@sturmgewehr.com
emmagee1917
Of course , a few shots fired or a pulled bullet to see if it has a tracer pellet , would let us know for sure.Chris
TSMGguy
Unfortunately, that photo is all of the information that I have. Was going to order some of this stuff, but the seller does not know whether it's tracer or not. http://jesticearms.com/9mm%20Largo.htm
