Havick
Well im putting together and wanted to machine the front sight, but I can not for the life of me find the diagrams to do this. If any has a machinist print of the front sight it would be very helpful in my quest.
ron_brock
Hello and welcome to the board. You may want to clarify what you are looking for. Do you want a front sight for an M1, 1921, 21AC, etc etc... - Ron
reconbob
I understand that quite often doing it yourself is half the fun, but youcan buy either the M1928 pattern compensator sight, or the M1 patternring sight for less than $20. It would take hours to machine either of thesein an I-am-only-making-one approach. Gun Parts Corp and Sarco both have thesesights and I am sure others have them as well... I was justing looking at one on Numrich. More interesting things on the Thompsonto machine anyway. The receiver, trigger frame and barrel come to mind. Havick
sorry about that I thought I had that in there. The M1 model is the project on hand. I am trying to mill it out, and don't have one on hand,. The pic of it doesn't help with measurements. Thank you for your help
