John762
I have a very nice 520 that's missing the heat shield and mount. the barrel is notched for the retaining screws and there is a small amount of lost finish in the grooves so I think it originally had the shield and I'd like to restore it to it's original configuration. Any chance I might be able to locate one at a reasonable price???

Lancer
I was able to locate & purchase an original heat shield/bayonet adaptor for my Winchester m-12 on e-bay. They don't come up often and when they do....they ain't cheap.
