Chappy
I took too l.ong and let a number 23 Emrco slip through my hands. It included and WW1 box of magazines and other accessories. The final price was $30,500 and I should have pulled the trigger. My questions are1. What is a fair price for an as new Ermco BAR?2. What is a fair price for a Group Industries BAR? Any information on price and availability is greatly appreciated. Chappy
TSMGguy
The "fair" price is whatever the seller wants for the gun, minus what you can negotiate. It's a seller's market. I wouldn't be much swayed by what a third party with no money on the table has to say, unless they're reporting actual sales.

StrangeRanger
In the Summer of 2020 both Ermco and Group BARs were bid up to $27-28K on GB. The Ermco did not meet reserve, don't remember what happened to the Group gun. In today's market they'd obviously be more expensive but given that they are clones of the real thing I'm hesitant to say how much more. The one you lost out on at $30K seems like a good deal by current standards. The very nice Ermco currently on Sturm at $34K may or may not be a tad overpriced Edited September 26, 2022 by StrangeRanger
