StrangeRanger Posted February 4, 2023 Report Share Posted February 4, 2023 Bowman's ad this week shows a crate full of Uzis that sadly they are about to turn into parts kits. This made me wonder about something. There are probably a lot of smaller PDs that would like to have a couple of SMGs for their SHTF units but cannot find the funds for MP5s or MP7s. They could however probably manage the budget for a couple of used Uzis. Does the law allow an importer to sell an intact imported SMG directly to a LE agency? It seems cheaper and far more efficient than cutting it up selling it to an 07 SOT who puts it back together and then sells it to the same agency. I realize that economy and efficiency are not part of ATF's DNA but I'm still curious Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
