Doug Quaid
The guys who made West Hurleys in the 1970s were probably dressed in leisure suits. It's a known fact that WHs are out of spec dimensionally. Is there some connection between wearing an awesome leisure suit (and attracting hot babes), and setting the wrong adjustments on a milling machine? 2ndArmored
DQ; You do seem to long for those days of fashion and firearms. Remember that 1977 was also the year "Star Wars" came to a theater near you (The original/best/dude that was awesome!/played in our movie house for over a year version.) Maybe the guys at West Hurley thought they were building blasters...
hawksnest
Just when I thought I had forgotten how bad leisure suits looked and the cheap fabric they were made of.

Mike Hammer
'67 and '77 were completely different eras even though only 10 yrs apart. Way different styles and different vibes, but the Rascals were a terrific group. I preferred the '67 era... the summer of love. Even as bad as some of the things going on at the the time were, it wasn't nearly as insane and as dark as today. And today there is no style...none at all except FREAK.
