Rambonee
Hello to all! I am having my Pearl transferable Swedish K rebuild and am looking for a rear cap with hook. Any help is greatly appreciated! My good friend served in SOG and has told me there is a very effective suppressor that was built for them. I am interested if anyone is building or knows any information about acquiring one of them also. Thank you for your time, Troy
Mongo
In case you do not know, the rear cap with hook on it is a different orientation than the non hooked caps. You will have to have the cap modified or the tube welded up and recut. I looked at this issue when I was thinking of refitting my K to a select fire configuration. I had Joe Jones design it specifically for the "K" and used museum pics and old photos of Vietnam era cans for him to replicate. He did a super job and the can looks just like the original. His design includes the sling mount, and "K" front sight housing!
Got Uzi
I’ve wanted to make a K suppressed barrel for awhile, but time hasn’t been my friend. Too busy building guns for people and not enough time for my own projects. What was the cost and details on the Curtis suppressor?

Andrewski totally reconditioned a "K" for me and i wanted the rear cap with hook to be added. JW told me it was a pain in the ass, but he did it (and yes I was charged!). Hey, I did a full write up on this forum on the integral can from Curtis Tactical. It's been a few years now, but the price was about $1,300 AND I had to provide a barrel and shroud. The goal, was to replicate the Vietnam era can used by SOG. Note that the K has a low mount sight which limits the diameter of the can, and the OEM sight is flush mounted on the shroud. See how Joe Jones figured this out! Excellent product. Edited June 20, 2023 by Rekraps
