FS/FT: C&R Savage M1A1

With David's permission I am offering my Savage M1A1 for sale or trade here before offering it to the general public on other sites. I am looking to sell or trade my C&R original finish Savage M1A1. I purchased this M1A1 from a board member in 2019. After purchasing I fired 3 magazines through the gun and it ran flawlessly. After firing I cleaned the gun and it has resided in my gun safe ever since. This M1A1 Thompson currently sits on a Form 4 in Missouri. Below is a discussion link to this M1A1:

I am asking $26,500 shipped for this M1A1. I am not a SOT but being a C&R gun I can ship to another C&R holder or to your SOT. 

I would be interested in trading this gun for one of the below. Depending on what you have I am open to a straight trade or a trade + cash deal.

1) C&R 1928A1 Thompson with original finish and Lyman sites. Matching preferred but not a deal breaker depending on condition. No rewat or dewat. No West Hurley.

2) IMI Uzi Model A SMG. No beat range rental gun.

That is a good price, too.  I would buy it, but I already have one.  

I LOVE my M1A1.  That's my favorite MG to shoot.  Will be pried from my cold dead fingers, etc.

I have a 1928 but not an M1A1.... so jealous.
