This build is so cool. I've been watching the video a lot. I just did a post sample reweld that I'm troubleshooting. The bolt gets hung up on the rate reducer hook a couple time per mag. But I'm working through it

Thanks.  I've seen the hook polished in some parts kits I've worked on.  It appears to me that original production guns may have had the same issue at times. 

A possible remedy is to polish the surface of the hook where it grips the bolt.  Use a rubber polishing wheel on a rotary tool for polishing.  If the hook still doesn't release reliably, you could trying changing the angle slightly on the contact surface of the hook.  

In addition, ensure the reciprocating weight in the grip tube is not binding.  Check without the spring.  Entire assembly should easily move back and forth with gravity when rotating the vz.61.
