Guess what they used as the image for that chapter... Who am I missing?  Almost there, in order of chapters: Italy (actually Rome, as Italy did not exist as such back then) , Saxony, Scandanavia (The Danes), France ( actually the Normans, as France did not exist as such back then), Spain, the Dutch Empire, USA, Russia, Ireland & last but not least....Germany.
