USMCsean
So I found out that this hard pouch is also a Swedish m/37-39 pouch an quite difficult to find, even in Sweden.
Mongo
Is this what you are using for leather?

Lewisfan
Poking around the internet i came across a decent article (https://www.gotavapen.se/gota/artiklar/kpist/swede_45.htm ) that had some other accessories shown. A few pics below. New to me: sight cover, second variant of bayonet shroud, second variant of blank fire attachment. A couple of items in the article that I struggle with: Article states that the M/45 could use the 70 round drum. Factory guns that I've had (pre-samples) could not use the drum. Even my Pearl-made gun originally could not use a drum. You have to file down (ever so slightly) the tube for a drum to lock in place. I did that on my Pearl some 20 years ago but left the original guns "as made". I also get 71 or 72 rounds in a drum versus 70 as written (haven't counted it in a while). The other part was the model designations. I have had numerous select-fire parts kits and they are stamped "BE" (versus "D" model as listed in the article). Rekraps
Sure, I'll get them posted. Okay, here are four K magazine options.... 1) Standard Leather four pouch (seven magazines) plus night sight side pouch, 2) Drum (72 round) with pouch (case is super hard to find!), 3) Standard Leather two pouch (four magazines) coffin magazine carrier, 4) Crown five magazine pouch (modern) What I really like about the Suomi mags (stick/drum/coffin) is that they all work flawlessly! Drum and coffin mags only work with M45's (with removeable mag wells). Flat 36 round loaders for the stick, and special coffin magazine loaders for the coffin mags. I could use the sight covers! If I remember correctly the sight covers were to be used with the night sights.

The nice condition case (with ? Swedish crown stamp) is one of the "stick" mag cases that I have. On a related note - what is the "correct" way to recondition the leather on these cases? I have some that get a whitish colored fungus(?). Others are needing moisture and cleaning. Any proven suggestions would be appreciated. Brush the white residue off with a fingernail brush and then any nice leather cleaner/protector works well. I use it to keep the leather soft. Case 1 - the actual main part of the case is a rigid non-leather material. Definitely a coffin mag case, most likely Suomi.

Lewisfan
So is the rare coffin mag pouch in the "expensive" hard to find category? If so, ballpark value? Asking since I don't see it as anything special, but if someone else does see it that way, I'm sure that I could part with it. I have plenty of other bad habits, aka "hobbies", that I need to fund... I paid $500 about four years ago for the coffin mag pouch with four mags. Don't see them often.
Lewisfan
Your coffin mag pouch is apparently the Hispano-Suiza version. The one that I'm referencing is one identified as a rare variant of the Swedish M37-39. See the thread and pictures for more.
