APEX Gun Parts just landed a good supply of M79 wood stocks.
We have not even opened the pallet box yet as we are so far behind due to shortages of people.
Maybe next week?

Also note that the stocks will not have the OEM cushion. You can use an OEM one off your cracked stock, OR pull one off the OEM composite stocks.

How do you know they will be missing the pad?  Did you call and ask, what's the scoop?

To use the black pads off the composite stocks, it usually requires plugging and redrilling the stock screw holes...at least with the ones I have tested.  Another option is getting a period correct grind to fit recoil pad and doing it that way.

Hopefully next week we will start unpacking the shipment with the M79 wood stocks.
We have been tied down sorting FAL, SiG 542, SiG 543, TABUK and East German kits.
There was a bunch of magazines with them too.
We have new warehouse staff starting next week, so MAYBE we can get caught up!

Well, good point. I could, maybe, possibly be wrong! We'll see.

Today we opened up the pallet box that had AK pouches, USGI WW2 grenade sights and the M79 stocks.
They are still in the packing.
The 2 we checked so far were both brown fibreglass stock assemblies ( black rubber buttpad, sling swivel and attaching bolt).
We will check the NSN's on all the packages to see if there are any of the wood stocks we thought we were receiving.

I am heading out for the Shot Show in a few hours, so probably won't have any update until Friday or next week.
