Mongo Posted May 21, 2025 Author Report Share Posted May 21, 2025 The pictures from Vietnam are interesting to me that shows leather slings. I would have assumed they would have used cavnvas. Remo Williams 1 Posted May 21, 2025 Report Share Posted May 21, 2025 Mongo, first of all great pics. Some I have never seen before. Second, I have had a long interest in SOG and the Vietnam War. The majority of Swedish K photos of the war that I’ve seen, have the leather sling and j hook reinforced end cap. Every K that I seen in these pictures have had the mag well riveted. Most are green, some Parkerized, many because of their age (photos) you can’t tell the color. Some soldiers are carrying the leather Swedish 8 cell mag pouch, while many are carrying the green canvas MAT49 5 cell mag pouch. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
