robbo
Mark@Kahr Arms certainly done me right. I have an L drum I bought 20 years ago which the spring broke after a couple uses. Its been collecting dust ever since. So smart me decides to roll the dice and send it in. They replaced the rotor free of charge. During my first test the winding key falls off. WTH. But the drum ran flawless. Upon inspection I see they replaced the old solid shaft rotor with a hollow shaft one. Thats why the key fell off. Back on the phone to them and a proper key is on the way. Thank you ever so much, Mark@Kahr 1
Motorcar
Glad to read they are doing you right. Too many years of bad stories about Kahr got them a reputation for poor customer service. I hope this is the beginning of a turnaround.
Gio
I am glad you had experience with their customer service. They sell quite a few pistols and they had to do something to improve customer service. I still wouldn’t buy a thing from them.
68coupe
Kahr has a reputation of POOR customer service. I hope your story is the future of THEIR story. My own 1927 was inconsistent, at best, straight out of the box. Dan did a fantabulous job of making it run right. My single attempt at resolving my issues went without response. I hope they're turning thing around. I have replaced the mag catch with a G.I. mag catch and polished the firing pin, to prevent any more of the multiple broken pins I had. It now runs like a Swiss watch. My humble 2cents, Karl, 68coupe
