1928 L drum magazine

The United Specialties drum is 5th generation, and the other is a West Hurley L drum.  Many of the West Hurley drums were out-of-spec and/or unreliable.  That said, some worked fine. If you can prove it works, it may improve it’s value.

I agree with Ldog’s valuation, though the WH will probably have the fewest buyers.

You can list here, but must first have permission from David Albert (dalbert@sturmgewehr.com). Also Gunbroker.com is a very active market place. List under Thompson, NFA. Take good, clear pictures of both sides, inside with cover off, and close up of markings on both sides.

According to the Topic ' Forum Sales', to list on the forum, you also need to be at least a RKI Member:

"If you wish to post an item for sale, you must be at least listed be a “RKI Member.” You may also post items for sale if you are listed as a “Long Time RKI Member,” “Respected Member,” “Technical Expert,” “Industry Expert,” or if you are a Board Moderator".
