Wear To My Blish Lock

Recommended Posts

Is the wear to my blish lock in this picture normal? I have a WH 28 and am concerned that this wear is excessive. The blish lock has about 1,300 rounds through it and has operated flawlessly but it seems awfully worn though I cannot really feel a ridge or wear line but it is obviously worn above the "ears" of the lock. I apologize for the bad picture. Thanks for any input! http://mywebpages.comcast.net/iannamico/mgbsite/blish.JPG

Thanks for the input Phil. Scolling back and forth is a pain in the rear isn't it?!! I wish I knew how to edit the picture, it would have simplified things a little. AGain, thanks for your input, much appreciated!

Looks new compared to mine!! http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/smile.gif

I have over 10K rounds on mine and it has quite a bit more wear than that (part of the arrow in the middle is rubbed off) but on close inspection there are no cracks detectable and it still works great, so I'll run it a bit longer.....
