philasteen Posted March 25, 2006 Report Share Posted March 25, 2006 I had occassion to see a somewhat beat up M1 Thompson. It had the barrel replaced with a finned barrel and compensator. It also had a Lyman sight on it. Upon closer inspection, I determined the Lyman sight was being held with a couple of shiny phillips head screws. Nothing like good gunsmithing!!!
