I just picked this up off G/A for 1.5K although it was advertised as having a violin case... I found a old dealer in violins here in town that has a bunch of the old coffin cases for violins. Has alot of old carry cases to sitting in the attic. I'll be stopping by Saturday. How many does everyone want? I don't know the price or conditions yet. If they are nice I may just take several off his hands and post them on here. PK moved the compensator back over the barrel and fixed it permanently, which further shortens the rifle without losing any barrel length. You could have the barrel relieved 2 inches instead and then fix the comp, but I wanted to keep the full length. And aside from looks, the rifle is more accurate after PK's attention, as well as much more reliable. And of course it breaks down as it should, no more fiddling with a screwdriver or such when separating the frame and action. TMan- I don't get out of Wyoming much. I went to one private battle 3 years ago up in the hills here, but there's not much interest in British units around here. I've kit and uniforms for generic airborne, commando, and PBI. And not so generic Gordon Highlanders for both wars. The 27 was to round out the commando and Eighth army kit and uniforms - I actually am a competent rock climber, but I don't do it much anymore http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/wink.gif I've often wanted to see what it was like with full kit, but, well i don't think the young climbers would like to see some guy making his way up the cliff in battledress with a Thompson slung on his back.
