Armydoc0115
Hi everyone! Quick question for. I was taking a look at a recently acquired MG 08/15 and it appears to have a small puncture at the right rear end of the barrel jacket where it meets the receiver. It looks like a bullet hole. Anyway, is this something I am going to need to repair? In other words, does it affect the function of the gun other than maybe the cooling since this is where the water cools the barrel? I can say for sure that the barrel itself is not affected. It's kind of neat when you think about it, but so is the idea of being able to shoot her. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.-David Edited July 13, 2017 by Armydoc0115
