DougStump Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 At the gun show yesterday I came up with an idea. Could steel G3 (HK-91) mags be converted to M14? I picked up two mags for $5. After removing the spot welded outer layer, and a little adjusting, I was able to feed four dummy rounds through it. Still have to plot out and bore the hole on the front and braze on the tab on the back.
