Thanks guys! I was about to E-File last night....I have a few more questions in regards to the manufacturer and model. Let me start by saying I have a 1927A1 from Auto Ordnance West Hurley, and I also have a M1 from Auto Ordnance Kahr Arms For the M1 Kahr Arms who is the correct manufacturer? Auto Ordnance or Kahr Arms? Also on both guns I'm not sure what the correct Model is.... Thanks in advance
I'm about to SBR my Thompsons. I have a WH 1927A1, and Kahr M1. Both are closed bolt guns. I'm really considering getting a Kahr 10.5 for the M1. Are there better options? Will the Kahr Arms 1927A1 barrels fit and function in a WH gun?
Frank it's a West Hurley with a threaded barrel, While I've shot it before, the furthest was about 25 yards. This time I'm going a bit further I did adjust windage all the way to the right. To me, when I line up the sights the front looks cocked to the right, not exactly 12 O'clock
I was shooting my 1927A1 today in preparation of an upcoming WW2 match. The gun shot to the left, while I was able to correct it with the original Lyman sight, to me it looks like the front sight is cocked. When I line up the sights, the front sight looks like it a tad to the right. It shot ok at 25 yards, although 50 yards I felt I had to use some Kentucky windage. What do you guys think?
I see two different types of EZ Pull spring kits. Kit # 1 has three springs, two recoil springs, one recoil spring and hammer, as well as a urethane buffer, and what looks to be a few little pins Kit #2 has two springs, both look to be the recoil springs and there is some type of buffer included Which is the better kit?
If I make this change, will the guns be anymore reliable? Reason I ask is most problems stem from the mags. Also is it possible to modify the orginal SA mag catch to work with full auto mags?
