Mike,
Sorry I haven't got back to you, I have one original 12 rnd mag, loaded only 10 rounds and seemed to cycle ok. I have not been able to fire it, just cycled it using the cocking handle, finger's tired from cycling it. I also loaded 14 rnds in the 30 rnd mag. It cycled about four rounds then the next round didn't strip from the mag and actually jammed. I still have to go to the range to test it.
Thanks,
Alex
Thanks for replying. After that incident I replaced the springs with the Spring Replacement kit from Ken Christie and the firing pin with the titanium one from Christie's. It's still not stripping the round from the magazine or it's completely passing right over the magazine. I noticed that the take-down screw on the bottom of the stock was either too lose or too tight. I can never adjust it correctly. Is there a spacer or washer that is missing from my gun?? Oh Yeah, the mags are the 30 rnders from Christie. Thanks....
I was wondering if anyone can help me out with M55. I would be able to fire a 30rnd magazine on full auto, then after a fresh mag is inserted and the gun is cocked, either the round won't load or the bolt will not fully clear the round from the magazine.
Thanks
