I have a copy of the 15 page catalog from the February 1994 auction
Looking for anything in particular?

Looks to be an original holster as well
I'm not bidding as I've got a half dozen already

We interacted several times on various AOW's
He was truly an asset that will be missed

Thanks for sharing. What do these usually sell for?
I don't recall seeing a case sell without the firearm before
I'd guess it will bring $1500 +

Emailed that I would take the handy gun, but realize that I might not be first...

I'm creating one thread for everyone to post in. In my opinion, anything related to the various forums on the board can be placed here. If that's a problem I'm sure David will let us know. All my sales will be a 50/50 split between me and the board. I'm also open to offers on anything I post for sale. I'll take Paypal, personal check or money order for my half only. The buyer will send funds to David directly however he chooses to get paid. Email is the best way to contact me as I'm fairly busy at work

First up is a fourth addition of Gordon Herigstad Colt Thompson serial number book. It's unique in that Gordon signed it to Jim when he purchased the Hardware Store Thompson (serial number 167)
$300 shipped SOLD

I've been cleaning my gun room and I've got a bunch of stuff I no longer need/want. I emailed David about listing the items here, which he approved. I'd like to list them 50/50. Half the proceeds go directly to David to run the board and half goes to the seller. Any interest in creating a large for sale thread to benefit the board?

Here's another one. No serial number and a ground off US marking that's still visible
The US marking seems way to large as well as in the wrong location

My regular SOT did the transfer on my M79 years ago
The ATF use to allow standard SOT's a couple transfers a year

Whatever these are, they seem to show up from time to time. They are not mentioned in Canfield's book, United States Combat Shotguns.
Rare USAF Experimental High Standard Trench Shotgun | Rock Island Auction
I've check Poyer, Canfield and the World's Fighting Shotguns with no results.
When did the US stop using flaming bomb ordnance mark?
I'd think it was before that High Standard was born

US Lemon Variations are definitely an elusive collectors prey.
Now that's impressive

Damn that sucks. We would talk AOW's
We use to tell each other what we were bidding on at auctions so we didn't bid each other up

Years ago there was a seller out of Poland (I think) that was selling what he called "relic" condition drums
This reminds me of those

I had one many years ago and sold it.
Hard to find with the box
This one has brown grips
There's one coming up for auction at Amoskeag
if anyone's looking
Lot 1425
