SAF Posted February 14, 2010 Report Share Posted February 14, 2010 Is the firing pin removed by tapping out one or both of the two pins in the bolt? Tap pins left to right or does it matter? Remove center (forward)pin only. At one end of the pin, there are three small notches evenly spaced around the radius of the pin. This is the shouldered (wide) end of the pin. The other end of the pin is flat with a bevel around the radius. Use this end to drive out the pin. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
